As part of the TRACQS team, you will engage with and empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment by: Undertaking quality assessments and using strength-based approaches with job seekers Identifying and addressing barriers to employment Developing a quality, compliant and tailored job plan Supporting job seekers to engage in Community Projects activities and link to host organisations. Who are you? Skills and experience we are looking for include: Previous experience in working with Job Seekers & Indigenous communities will be highly regarded Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander protocol and culture. Current driver's licence. Technology literate, including sound skills in using Windows-based software, Internet, and Email. Highly effective, well-organised administration and record keeping skills Ability to manage time, set priorities and achieve outcomes in a demanding environment A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
