About the Role Customer Solutions Consultants (CSC's) play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of customer service is provided in relation to the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services system. Customer Solutions Consultants work as part of the national team of CSC's providing advice, support and information to apprentices and employers along with administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective delivery. Please note- We welcome applicants from across Australia - including QLD, TAS, SA, NSW, and VIC. Key responsibilities include: Accurately entering data into Mas and government databases for e-lodgement of training contracts. Quality checking all Australian Apprentice and employer information and paperwork to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Interpreting government incentive guidelines and making accurate eligibility assessments. Processing payments of employer, apprentice, and RTO incentives within specified timeframes. Providing efficient and customer-centric handling of internal and external stakeholder enquiries. Utilising the Quality Management System to ensure procedures and policies are adhered to. Complying with all relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. What You'll Bring Proven experience in a similar role within the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services industry. Experience in the VET sector is highly desirable. Strong aptitude for analytical and conceptual thinking and decision-making. Ability to be resilient, adaptable, and flexible, with the capacity to meet deadlines and respond to change. High-level attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships. Proficiency in the use of databases and Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel. Claims processing experience (preferably in government or funded). Why Join Us?
