Reporting to the MD, you'll ensure every project and installation is delivered safely, on time, on budget and with our promise of "Certainty — we never let you down." Your Impact You will drive operational excellence providing World Class Experience (WCE) across: Installations — planning, resourcing, defect control & subcontractor performance Manufacturing — procurement, scheduling, inventory & Lean optimisation Warehousing & Logistics — workflow efficiency, safety, utilisation Culture - embrace and align the team to CAG DNA of Flair, Service & Certainty Leadership - lead and develop a national team with 5 direct reports . What You'll Bring Career built in commercial construction — site to leadership 5 years as Operations Manager in Supply-Manufacture-Install Experience scaling a business to $40M turnover Leadership of 15 direct/indirect staff nationally Strong forecasting, planning and commercial acumen Proven track record improving efficiency, quality and profitability Willingness to travel interstate Highly regarded: LEAN / Six Sigma, construction qualifications, leadership development.
