Job Description An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced PMO Analyst to join a high-performing Technology PMO team. The PMO is focused on strengthening its capabilities and enhancing delivery outcomes across its project portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has strong attention to detail, and thrives on improving processes, frameworks, and tools. In this role, you will provide comprehensive PMO support by maintaining project portfolio management standards, frameworks, tools, and templates, while ensuring key systems such as CAPS and MS Project Online are effectively administered. You will also lead governance and assurance activities by reviewing project artefacts for compliance and supporting governance forums and decision registers. You will be responsible for driving reporting and analysis across the portfolio, ensuring strong visibility of pipeline, resources, and financials. A key part of the role involves contributing to continuous improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities, promoting lean delivery practices, and embedding lessons learned into PMO ways of working. Additionally, you will engage closely with stakeholders as a trusted reference point for PMO information, providing guidance to project teams, facilitating PMO meetings, and triaging queries to support efficient project delivery.
