As an Acquisitions Associate , you’ll work closely with the Development and Acquisitions team to identify, evaluate, and secure new property opportunities across Western Australia. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full acquisition lifecycle—from market research and feasibility analysis to tenant engagement and project progression. Key Responsibilities Identify and assess acquisition opportunities through market research, financial modelling, and feasibility analysis. Contribute to acquisition strategies, preparing assessments, reports, and recommendations for potential sites. Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, aligning opportunities with their growth plans and securing key commitments. Coordinate due diligence activities, including consultant management, site investigations, and documentation for approvals and funding. Support project delivery by assisting with planning requirements, consultant coordination, and progress tracking. Ensure compliance with internal policies, systems, and ethical standards to maintain operational excellence.
