About the Role This role goes beyond traditional property management. While you’ll handle the core commercial property management functions — lease administration, rent reviews, budgets, and maintenance coordination — the real focus is on customer service and tenant engagement . You’ll act as the central liaison between tenants and the landlord, ensuring every tenant feels valued, supported, and well-serviced. The goal is not just managing properties — it’s creating environments where businesses thrive. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of a high-quality commercial property portfolio Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders Ensure an exceptional tenant experience through proactive communication and service delivery Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service contracts to a high standard Assist with budgets, reporting, lease renewals, and rent reviews Support the broader property team in delivering portfolio performance and tenant satisfaction About You: Experience in commercial property management (Assistant or full PM level welcome) Strong communication and relationship management skills A genuine passion for customer service and proactive tenant care Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities Professional presentation and a collaborative mindset Why Join This Team?
