You’ll be the face of the brand across key regions, building strong customer relationships while driving market expansion. A key focus of this role is developing local distributor and EPC installer networks to extend market reach and ensure smooth delivery of products and solutions. What you’ll be doing: • Grow and manage customer relationships across multiple regions. • Prospect, pitch, and close new business to expand market presence. • Develop strong distributor and EPC installer networks to drive scale and channel performance. • Collaborate with technical, marketing and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions. • Lead negotiations, support contract processes and hit commercial targets. • Track market trends and competitor activity to shape strategy and sales plans. What we’re looking for: • 3 years’ sales experience in solar PV or energy-related markets. • Strong understanding of Australia’s energy storage landscape. • Proven channel relationship experience, including distributor and EPC engagement. • Demonstrated success in active sales, prospecting and negotiation. • Strong communication, planning and market analysis skills. • Technical understanding of energy storage and solar products.
