Our client, an industry leader in Electrical and Civil installations, seeks a Senior Civil Supervisor on a 2 and 1 rotation out of Perth. On offer is an ongoing role with the potential of going permanent for the right candidate, The scope of work is underground service installation and pipe work for a desalination plant. Below is some info what would be required by successful candidate. Key Capabilities include: Project Documentation and Scheduling Review awarded project package documentation to ensure full understanding of scope, constraints, and deliverables. Review, validate, and provide technical and operational input into approved project schedules. Develop, issue, and maintain project resource requirements—including plant, equipment, and personnel—aligned with schedule needs. Prepare scope duration estimates and resource forecasts to support project pricing, planning, and cost-control activities. Create, issue, and manage detailed scope area schedules using MS Project, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and progress tracking. Engineering Interface and Technical Coordination Liaise with the Engineering team to ensure design, documentation, and quality requirements are met. Develop and issue lot breakdowns for Quality Assurance documentation in accordance with project specifications. Prepare, submit, and review technical queries (TQs) and responses, ensuring timely resolution of engineering issues. Coordinate and verify client inspection, testing, and hold-point requirements to maintain compliance. Develop, issue, and monitor procurement schedules to ensure materials and equipment align with approved project timelines. Risk, Quality, and Compliance Management Review and contribute to project risk assessments, including Level 2 Risk Assessments (L2RA) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) workshops. Conduct daily work area inspections to ensure compliance with CCC/CCFV and broader organisational safety and quality standards. Project Communication and Leadership Attend client and internal project meetings, providing accurate updates, technical input, and forward planning information. Provide daily operational direction and clarity to site supervisors and team leads, ensuring alignment with project objectives and schedule requirements.
