BE part of the solution We are looking for a Lead Proposals Advisor to manage the customer proposal process, typically from expression of interest, request for tender or initiation stage to submission in respect of complex/high value proposals. BE part of the change Reporting to the Bid Manager you will be required to: Review EOI/RFT to identify proposal information requirements, timeline and stakeholder involvement Organise information repository in respect of proposal materials Organise internal meeting schedules and attending internal and external meetings as instructed Be responsible for the flow of data and documentation amongst internal teams to ensure adherence to submission timelines Lead the preparation of tender schedules relating to company policies and procedures and liaise with internal stakeholders as required to achieve this Edit and quality control over all proposal documents, including alignment to corporate branding Collate and package bid submission documents to ensure tenders submitted prior to closing date Update tender pipeline following submission with key metrics Tender-related administration as required Create and maintain proposal templates BE this person As part of the solution, you will have: Solid experience in a similar role An understanding of project delivery models (BOO, EPC, D&C etc) Ability to advise bid managers develop clear plans, work packages, and timing for proposal preparation Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent written communication skills Be solutions and results orientated Strong negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills Ability to develop solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders Desirable: energy, mining or other heavy industry experience Why Join We’re committed to supporting our team with benefits that matter: Flexible work arrangements, 2 days WFH & a 9-day-fortnight option Free on-site parking 17 weeks paid paternity leave or double the time for a half pay option Health & wellness reimbursements Employee referral bonus Salary continuance insurance Salary sacrifice for super, vehicles, education Ongoing training and development, and so much more!
