Must have completed your QLD Real Estate Certificate. Roles and responsibilities: Supportive team of experienced property managers Assist with leasing, inspections, routines, entries, exits, arrears and maintenance Liaise with landlords and tenants Rental application reviews and preparing lease agreements Learn from the best and prepare yourself for your own portfolio Any adhoc administration duties (as requested).
