What You’ll Be Doing • Partner with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and deliver the overall product strategy. • Streamline workflows from planning through to release, keeping velocity high and quality world-class. • Collaborate closely with BAs, PMs, and the Development Team, applying agile and scrum best practices. • Own and manage a prioritised product backlog that drives measurable business and customer value. • Translate ideas and feedback into clear, actionable user stories with strong acceptance criteria. • Use data, analytics, and user insights to guide decisions and validate outcomes. • Embrace modern tools and AI to boost efficiency, collaboration, and innovation. • Champion simplicity, scalability, and intuitive design in every feature you deliver. What You’ll Bring • 3 years in SaaS Product Management or BA/product roles, ideally within B2B or vertical SaaS environments. • Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate clearly with dev teams. • Hands-on experience working in agile environments with engineers, designers, and QA. • Skilled at grooming tickets, writing user stories, and setting clear acceptance criteria. • Proven ability to translate stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements. • Deep knowledge of agile frameworks and tools such as Jira. • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, research, and ideation.
