Our Toowoomba-based client is a leading name in agricultural manufacturing and is currently seeking a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator/Sales Support Administrator to join their team and support the smooth operation of their domestic and international supply chain. The Role: In this role, you will coordinate and prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international orders, liaise with customers, suppliers, sales, accounting, and credit teams, and provide proactive customer service. You will also assist in resolving complaints, returns, and exchanges, and identify opportunities to improve both customer experience and internal processes. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international orders Provide proactive customer service, accurate order processing, and invoicing Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations Assist in resolving customer complaints, returns, and exchanges Identify and implement improvements to processes and systems Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Provide coverage and assistance across business areas as needed Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in customer service or order fulfilment, preferably in an import/export or supply chain environment Strong knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, and export documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (reporting and data analysis) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a local and international team Preferred Qualifications & Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field (desirable not essential) Experience in a fast-paced, highly competitive EMEA/APAC environment Knowledge of transportation modes (air, rail, truck, ocean) Understanding of manufacturing scheduling, lead times, and quality management
