Operations Managers are an integral part of the ACTAS Leadership team. They are responsible for staff leadership, support and management as well as the accountability and oversight of diverse operational portfolios. This position requires work in both administrative and operational/command functions. Operations Managers belong to the ACTAS Ops team which is a people-focussed high-performing team reporting to the General Manager-Operations. Eligibility/Other requirements: You must hold current AHPRA registration as a paramedic You must hold an ACT or interstate equivalent driver's licence You must hold an Authority to Practice at Ambulance Paramedic level or above with a minimum of five years' experience with the ability to deploy into operations To be eligible for permanent or temporary employment with the ACT Public Service, you must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident or hold a valid work visa. Notes: This is a temporary position available from 22 December 2025 for at least three months with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. A merit pool with be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
