Description Provide day-to-day support to senior executives, including calendar coordination and essential meeting arrangements. Prepare, edit, and format professional documents in Microsoft Word. Maintain general office organisation, including kitchen supplies, mailboxes, dishes, bins, and basic facilities checks. Coordinate travel bookings and ensure accuracy and adherence to preferences and company guidelines. Use the Pronto accounts system to raise purchase requests (PRs), complete credit card reconciliations, and prepare expense reports. Maintain accurate electronic filing and records management. Assist with general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Profile You will work closely with senior leaders, including the CEO, CFO, and Head of HR. You will provide hands-on support with administrative tasks, document preparation, basic office coordination, and accounts administration. The environment is focused, quiet, and professional.
