Job Description As our Reservations Executive , you’re the voice and heartbeat of HYDE Perth long before guests arrive at the hotel. You’ll own the full reservations journey — from first enquiry to post-stay follow-up — delivering a seamless, personalised experience that reflects HYDE’s signature style. You’ll manage individual bookings, handle high-volume enquiries, and take full ownership of group bookings once they’re contracted. With an eye for accuracy and a love for organisation, you’ll be the key connector between Sales, Rooms Division and the wider hotel operation — ensuring every arrival is smooth, every detail is right, and every guest touchpoint feels effortlessly elevated. This role is part time capacity of 30 hours per week. Main Functions Deliver warm, polished and on-brand HYDE service across every call, email and enquiry. Maintain clean, accurate reservation data in Opera, including payments, routing and all essential details. Own group bookings from contract to departure — managing room blocks, pickup, rooming lists, payments and organiser communication. Build strong relationships with organisers, corporate clients, and travel partners. Create and present group resumes to internal teams, ensuring operational readiness. Liaise with all departments to ensure arrivals, VIPs and special requests are executed flawlessly. Support overflow calls with the central reservations hub and manage onsite enquiries that need personal attention. Solve problems quickly and creatively, always keeping the guest at the centre.
