OVERVIEW: Our client is a globally recognised leader in commercial real estate development, ownership, and management. Within the Perth market, the company delivers and operates a portfolio of landmark office and mixed-use precincts that contribute significantly to the city’s commercial landscape, urban activation, and long-term growth. Due to maternity leave, they now require someone to assist their team on an 8-month contract, commencing in January 2026. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary front-of-house representative, delivering a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders. Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership and the broader Perth team, including diary management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, travel bookings, and expense processing. Coordinate procurement and vendor management, including supplier setup, purchase order creation, and processing of invoices Oversee daily office operations, managing stationery, first aid supplies, marketing collateral, kitchen facilities, and event catering. Support budgeting and cost-efficiency initiatives by monitoring office expenditures and identifying savings opportunities. Facilitate onboarding and staff support, organising IT and software setup, and issuing access cards. Maintain accurate business documentation, including organisational charts, contractor schedules, contact lists, reports, and presentations. Assist with event, marketing, and stakeholder engagement activities, including RSVP coordination, presentation material, leasing and bid document support. Collaborate effectively across internal teams and respond to tenant and contractor queries in a timely, professional manner. What We’re Looking For: Approximately 1 year of property administration experience High level of customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Suite packages Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive attitude and keen attention to detail. Professional presentation Ability to articulate with some basic understanding of numbers and data Why Join Us?
