About the Company Due to internal progression, an opportunity has opened for an Executive Assistant to join a highly respected organisation with a strong national footprint and valuable global connections through its wider international network. About the Role Supporting three senior C-suite leaders with differing styles and priorities, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping their days running seamlessly. You will also work closely with the Senior EA to the CEO, stepping in to assist or take on overflow work as required. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel and correspondence across multiple time zones Oversee Executive inboxes, drafting responses and actioning priority items Communicate on behalf of C-suite Executives with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and board-level contacts Act as a first point of contact and support the Brisbane team in office coordination Prepare high-quality presentations, briefs and reports Participate in strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects Provide administrative and personal support, including expense management Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information What You'll Bring Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar EA role, OR you may be a strong PA, Team Assistant or Legal Secretary ready to step up. Candidates with backgrounds in Banking & Finance, Insurance, or other corporate/professional services will be strongly considered. Highly proactive, organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Comfort with occasional after-hours responsiveness, not frequent, but at times necessary due to the organisation's global connections.
