The Role As Business Development Manager / Operations Manager , you’ll be the driving force introducing this breakthrough technology across Australia. Initially, you’ll be hands-on — running live demonstrations, visiting sites, and building relationships with builders and subcontractors. As the business grows, you’ll step into a leadership role overseeing operations, national sales, and strategic growth. In this role, you’ll: Deliver and install systems on active construction sites Conduct live demos and training sessions for site managers and contractors Generate new business with builders and subcontractors Manage leads, proposals, and sales activity through an established CRM Represent the brand at trade events and industry expos Grow into a leadership position as market demand scales About You You’re a natural builder — of relationships, markets, and teams. You combine commercial acumen with practical, on-site experience and thrive on showing clients a smarter way to work.
