Perks : Recognised Great Place to Work Paid birthday leave because your special day shouldn't be spent at work Regular training and certification support to grow your skills Work from anywhere flexibility when you need it Team discounts on IT equipment Collaborative culture where people actually help each other Roles and Responsibilities: Communicate changes and updates that impact the support team and client operations Respond to and troubleshoot network issues and incidents promptly Manage day-to-day maintenance of client network infrastructure and appliances Configure and manage network monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to plan upgrades and implement changes Create comprehensive documentation of network security assets, client configurations, internet connections, and network diagrams Ensure adherence to vendor best practices and recommended standards Secure and fortify network perimeters and infrastructure Stay current with network equipment vulnerabilities and security threats Maintain device firmware at current and recommended release levels Advise clients on network security recommendations, hardware reviews, and security practices Contribute to special projects and rollouts to enhance network security Ensure quality of service for VoIP and conferencing systems Maintain VoIP and conferencing systems for seamless client experience Implement and support standard changes to VoIP and conferencing platforms Role Requirements: 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices Great communication skills - able to explain tech stuff to non-technical people Experience managing multiple client environments Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Team player who can also work independently when needed Customer-focused with genuine problem-solving abilities Keen to learn and stay current with emerging technologies Technical Requirements: Practical experience with network infrastructure and security appliances Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and security devices Knowledge of VoIP and conferencing systems Understanding of network protocols, DNS, DHCP, VPN technologies Familiarity with network documentation and diagramming tools Strong troubleshooting skills and incident response capability Basic understanding of security frameworks and compliance We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
