We're looking for the customer-first approach, with a focus on long-term client success and technology optimization. You'll work closely with senior leadership and engineering teams to ensure clients receive maximum value from their technology investments. This isn't a hands-on technical role, but you'll need to understand IT operations, speak the language of IT, and know how technology components work together to solve business challenges. Perks: Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives Direct influence on long-term technology strategies for key clients Collaborative culture that values client success and technical excellence Work with a nationally based company, and gain exposure to enterprise customers Onsite Parking Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and strengthen relationships with clients Lead quarterly business reviews, roadmap planning sessions, and strategic account meetings Develop understanding of client technology environments including servers, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and telephony systems Identify risks, improvement areas, and opportunities to enhance client infrastructure and business outcomes Collaborate with engineering teams on solution feasibility, scoping, and delivery planning Present technology recommendations that genuinely strengthen client environments and address business needs Coordinate with internal teams for accurate quoting, project planning, and implementation timelines Focus on proactive client engagement to maintain high satisfaction and long-term partnerships Monitor service performance, ticket trends, and potential risks to ensure consistent service quality Role Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience working within an IT environment Client-first mindset with focus on retention, satisfaction, and long-term relationship building Familiarity with common IT concepts like servers, networks, cloud, cybersecurity, and telephony Comfortable discussing technical topics with engineers without needing hands-on expertise Ability to understand technical possibilities and limitations when planning solutions Confident presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strategic approach to account management with emphasis on client success Experience managing QBRs, strategic planning sessions, and executive-level client relationships We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
