About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior OutSystems Full Stack Developer to join a major digital transformation initiative within a large public-sector organisation. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and enhancement of a key online application used across the justice and community services ecosystem. You will work end-to-end on modernising and future-proofing a critical digital service while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications Work across all stages of the software development lifecycle to meet technical and functional requirements Build solution features following OutSystems development best practices Develop high-quality, maintainable code and responsive user interfaces Contribute to continuous improvement across development processes Conduct code reviews, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting Prepare and maintain relevant technical documentation Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities effectively About You 5 years of full stack development experience using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) Strong hands-on experience with the OutSystems Platform Experience working within Agile development environments Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, version control systems, and CI/CD tools Experience integrating with REST-based services and platforms such as Mulesoft Proficiency in SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, or MSSQL) and data modelling Solid understanding of web development best practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and business requirements Why Join?
