What You’ll Do: Lead paid campaign execution across social, search, and programmatic channels (Meta, Google Ads, DV360) Build, optimise and report on always-on and campaign-based digital media activity Develop monthly media plans and work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders Use MMM tools like Mutinex (desirable) and leverage data to drive performance Stay on the pulse of media trends and identify new creative channels to drive brand and product awareness Support campaign reporting, insight generation, and marketing effectiveness analysis What You’ll Bring: 5 years in a digital media or performance marketing role Proven track record managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and Programmatic platforms (DV360, TTD, CM360) Experience with media planning, optimisation, and reporting Strong understanding of digital ecosystem: ad servers, GA, CDPs, dynamic display, analytics, etc. Exceptional communication and project management skills A shared commitment to values like integrity, care, sustainability and long-term thinking Why Join?
