The Role We’re seeking a Customer Success Representative to deliver a premium customer experience across both retail and service support. You’ll be based primarily at the flagship Sydney CBD store, with occasional shifts and training at our North Ryde office. This full-time role operates on a rotating roster, including only one Saturday per month (maximum of two, shared roster). You will: 1. Retail & Product Support Assist customers with fittings and personalised recommendations Provide a premium, educational experience from start to finish Ensure customers leave feeling confident and supported 2. Customer Success Respond to enquiries via phone and ticketing system Offer professional, solution-focused support Help customers throughout their recovery or performance journey 3. Partner Support Work closely with healthcare partners to support their patients Build trusted relationships that reflect our commitment to quality care About You You don’t need specific industry experience — full training is provided. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others. You’re someone who: Has a caring, positive and professional approach Enjoys variety and is comfortable with both in-store and office work Is confident with technology and open to learning new systems Has an interest in health, fitness, sports, or human movement Collaborates well and brings curiosity and initiative.
