Key Highlights: Manage a high-volume portfolio of customers through scalable, tech-led success programs Drive customer adoption of JobAdder features and Adder Intelligence (AI) through engaging webinars, in-app guidance, and automated journeys Deliver a consistent, data-driven customer experience that enhances satisfaction and expands platform usage Preferred Requirements: Analyse usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within your customer base Create and deliver one-to-many training sessions, workshops, and product enablement content Own customer lifecycle motions including onboarding, optimisation, QBR-style reviews (in scaled format), and renewal readiness Build and maintain self-service resources (videos, help guides, playbooks) to support proactive customer education Partner with Product, Support, and Sales to surface insights and drive improvements across the customer journey Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
