Your role ensures the safety of patients, staff, visitors and assets while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. You’ll provide operational oversight, mentor staff and drive service excellence in line with hospital policies and legislative requirements. Essential Criteria License: 1A Licence as issued under the Security Industry Act 1997. Qualification: Certificate II in Security O and Current Senior First Aid Certificate. Selection Criteria NSW Driver Licence with excellent driving record (full or provisional class C). Strong communication (verbal and written) including reporting, analytical capabilities, conflict resolution and incident management skills. Experience in working in customer service role particularly dealing with traffic monitoring. Demonstrated ability to undertake customer service/public relations role and managing difficult situations. Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn current and emerging security and IT systems. Demonstrated ability or significant experience in managing a team to meet the organisational deliverables. Excellent interpersonal skills.
