They’re now searching for a hands-on, Digital Marketing Specialist to help scale their e-commerce growth across paid social, search and website optimisation. If you love testing, optimising, problem-solving and driving real commercial outcomes, this role gives you autonomy, ownership, and a genuinely exciting brand to grow. The role: Manage and optimise Meta Ads and support Google Ads campaigns (you don’t need to be an expert, just competent curious). Drive e-commerce performance across awareness, acquisition, conversion and retention. Work on Shopify (new project underway) to improve website usability, CRO opportunities and product performance. Run structured A/B testing, creative testing and audience development. Analyse results across Meta, Google, GA4 and Shopify - turning insights into action. Collaborate closely with leadership and content to execute smart, data-driven ideas quickly. Experience required across: Digital marketing with strong hands-on execution (not just strategy). Comfortable working across Meta Ads with exposure to Google Ads. Ideally some e-commerce experience (Retail, D2C, DTC or product-based industries). Technically capable - confident using websites, Shopify, tracking tools and analytics. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, growth environment and enjoys taking ownership.
