Domino’s is looking for a driven Brand & Campaign Specialist to join their high-performing ANZ Marketing team supporting the rollout of national campaigns, promotional activity and brand-building initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands-on role for someone with 2–3 years’ experience who loves pace, creativity and delivering real commercial impact. You’ll work closely with the ANZ Brand & Campaign Manager to bring the national marketing calendar to life, partnering with media, creative, insights, digital, production and franchisee stakeholders. Every day is different from executing promotional offers, to supporting POS and print strategy, to helping identify growth opportunities through store trials and post-campaign analysis. What you’ll do Execute national brand and promotional campaigns across AU & NZ, with a strong focus on the Australian market. Support daily promotional activity, ensuring alignment with strategy and the national marketing calendar. Build strong relationships with internal teams and franchisees to support sales and customer growth. Identify growth opportunities and run test-and-learn store trials. Work with data and analytics teams to produce post-campaign analysis and future recommendations. Collaborate with media and creative agencies on campaign delivery. Lead internal campaign communications and manage POS/print rollout with in-house production and suppliers. Assist with budget management across print and logistics. What you’ll need 2–3 years’ brand or marketing experience within a fast-paced environment. Experience delivering brand or TTL marketing campaigns. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying calm under pressure. Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to inform decisions. Knowledge of CMS tools and digital fundamentals. A proactive, self-driven approach and the desire to grow, lead and think differently (a true “Dominoid”). Why join Domino’s?
