What you’ll do Own and optimise paid media campaigns across Google and social platforms — driving performance through data-led decision-making. Investigate and troubleshoot campaign issues independently, bringing proactive ideas to improve ROI and conversion performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across eCommerce, Direct Marketing and Brand to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns. Partner with a Digital Marketing Coordinator to execute day-to-day campaign activity and test new opportunities. What you’ll need Around 3 years’ experience in paid search and paid social (Google Ads expertise is essential). Experience managing sizeable budgets within a retail, D2C or large-scale consumer brand environment. A curious, analytical mindset — you love numbers, experimentation and finding what truly moves the dial. Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc). The ability to work independently while collaborating closely within a fast-moving, supportive team.
