New role created for an experienced Mid or Senior Level Scheduler/Estimator to support business growth and maintain service excellence. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, this role will be a key part of the Operations team. THE ROLE Prepare precise sales estimates for tenders and contracts for single and double-storey new home designs. Obtain quotes and pricing for variations. Prepare and organize tender documentation for client presentations. Conduct quality checks on all documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity. NOTE- We are open to professionals who have exp in Residential Building & Construction who have worked in Client Liaison, Contracts Admin or similar looking to step into Estimating Scheduling who may have local WA knowledge. ALL ABOUT YOU At least 1 years exp in a similar role, however, senior level applicants welcome to apply Sound knowledge and understanding of Australian Building Standards, Council and Covenant requirements.
