Digital Marketing Coordinator We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic, global marketing team at MUFG Retirement Solutions. This role is pivotal in supporting the Marketing Manager and contributing to the success of our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage external communication materials, including social media posts, media releases, and advertorials, ensuring timely approvals and coordination with creative teams. Coordinate logistics, registrations, brand materials, and speaker preparation for sponsored events and client forums. Produce and distribute thought leadership and industry insights across digital and client channels, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and design alignment. Create and maintain client communications and product marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and availability across channels. Maintain website and SharePoint content, manage marketing automation activities, track the marketing calendar, and coordinate external vendors for timely delivery. Ensure all marketing and communication materials meet accuracy, brand, and style standards, and support adherence to approval processes and confidentiality requirements. Monitor and report on campaign and event performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency across marketing activities. Experience & Personal Attributes: 2-4 years’ experience in marketing and communications, preferably within financial services or a related industry. Tertiary qualifications in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related discipline. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience using marketing automation systems (ideally DotDigital or equivalent) and CMS platforms such as Umbraco and Microsoft SharePoint. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across global and cross-functional teams.
