We are committed to becoming the most agile, insight-driven distributor in Australia. Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming complex data into actionable insights—driving optimization across procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance. Key Responsibilities • Analyze end-to-end supply chain data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. • Develop and maintain performance dashboards using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI and so on to monitor KPIs including OTIF, inventory turnover, and supplier performance. • Build predictive models to support demand forecasting, inventory strategy, and logistics optimization. • Collaborate with internal other teams to implement data-driven process improvements. • Support strategic projects such as digital transformation, cost reduction initiatives, and supplier development programs. • Prepare and present data-backed reports and recommendations to senior management to guide decision-making. Essential Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in supply chain analytics, with expertise in data modeling, visualization, and performance analysis. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional settings.
