Description Key responsibilities of the National Business Manager role include: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives. Manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulation Profile A successful National Business Manager should have: Previous experience in a similar sales leadership role within the FMCG industry. Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals. Solid understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour in the FMCG sector. Job Offer On offer for the successful National Business Manager: Competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $190,000 AUD superannuation. Additional car allowance of $18,000 AUD.
