Job Description Lead and coach a multi-disciplined team of engineers to optimise asset performance whilst managing asset risk and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop multi-year maintenance programs and capital investment programs to maximise business value and asset availability. Provide engineering support to the operations and maintenance teams through technical guidance, incident investigations and safety reviews. Identify and implement improvements to our asset management processes and drive consistency in our engineering standards. Monitor and report on asset performance, risk and compliance metrics. Work closely with the Supply Chain Maintenance Manager to manage the performance and capability of maintenance contractors. Foster a safe and inclusive work environment that encourages new ways of working, adoption of new technologies and increased investment efficiency.
