The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is seeking a highly motivated PSL6 Senior Inclusion Adviser. The role sits within the Inclusion and Pathways section which is responsible for delivering strategic and operational support in workforce diversity and inclusion, dignified access, and entry-level employment programs. As a Senior Inclusion Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting initiatives that foster an inclusive and respectful workplace across the department and broader parliamentary service. This is a fast-paced, growing area of HR, and we are looking for an individual who is proactive, adaptable, and able to respond to evolving priorities with innovation and professionalism. Key responsibilities include the coordination and delivery of the Health, Wellbeing and Inclusion Calendar and associated events, supporting employee diversity networks, implementing Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) initiatives and providing tailored guidance to managers and staff.
