Your day-to-day will include: Schedule and coordinate all maintenance visits, booked well in advance with the right technician assigned. Maintain a 12-month preventative maintenance plan across all contracts. Ensure technicians arrive on time, understand what they’re delivering, and complete work to standard. Act as primary client contact, manage inquiries, updates, and monthly reporting. Oversee documentation, service notes, and compliance requirements (a strong admin focus). Coordinate with management on scheduling, works planning, and fault remediation. Maintain time, cost, and procurement oversight for maintenance activities.
