The Opportunity This is a rare chance to step into a genuinely varied Employment & IR practice working across: Unfair dismissal & general protections matters (run your own files end-to-end, including FWC conciliations) Enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes and union-related matters Employment, contractor and consulting agreements, policies and investigations Workplace culture reviews, whistleblowing and compliance projects Safety and regulatory matters (not heavy safety work — mostly employment/IR focused) You’ll work closely with clients across construction, maritime, NFP, healthcare, engineering, mining services and professional services — as well as several major US and European clients. This team is known for giving juniors real responsibility early. Expect meaningful client contact, ownership of matters, and exposure to strategy, not just process.
