This includes managing high-volume trade during peak seasons and driving creative initiatives across the café, restaurant, and event spaces during quieter periods. We’re seeking a hands-on leader with a proven ability to influence positive change across multiple outlets, inspire a team of 8 chefs, and confidently lead service most working days.
