Promote and encourage enrolment in ALL – Accor’s loyalty program to non-members. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate guest accounts. Handle bookings, provide clear and helpful information, and accurately enter reservations. Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries. Address guest requests and resolve complaints with a positive and solution-focused attitude. Communicate and coordinate with other departments to support guest needs and manage room changes smoothly.
