You’ll partner closely with site leaders to drive engagement, enhance retention, and deliver impactful people initiatives across our ISS Defence contracts. About the Role As a trusted P&C advisor across ISS Defence contracts, you’ll align people & culture strategies with business objectives, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, build capability, and foster a high-performance culture. This role provides expert guidance on all HR matters to support organisational growth and contract success. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary P&C partner for ISS Defence contracts, delivering end-to-end HR support. Manage security clearances and DISP reporting in compliance with AGSVA protocols. Partner with leaders to embed HR strategies into operational plans. Support recruitment and workforce planning to meet contractual requirements. Lead culture improvement initiatives and team development programs. Drive change management and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with HR policies, legislation, and Defence standards. Coach managers through performance reviews and employee relations issues. Maintain accurate role profiles and support training programs. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role. Strong background in strategic HR initiatives, organisational change, and cultural transformation. Ability to deliver executive-level reporting and workforce analytics. Collaborative team player with coaching and mentoring skills. Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and cultural competence. Experience in multi-site operations and leadership development initiatives Experience with DISP reporting and Defence compliance (desirable) .
