Job Description As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, Clients & Markets, you will go beyond traditional administration by becoming a trusted partner and playing a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy. This is a dynamic, high-profile role where you’ll manage complex schedules, coordinate leadership activities, and support client engagement programs that shape the future of our business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Australia and APAC, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives that underpin our 2026 and 2030 business plans. From orchestrating boardroom lunches with top-tier clients to preparing strategic reports for leadership meetings, your work will directly influence Colliers’ success. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage diaries, emails, travel, expenses, and prepare strategic documents for leadership meetings. Client Engagement: Coordinate national client programs, track key metrics, and prepare reports for AU/APAC leadership. Collaboration: Work closely with Service Line and Geographic Leaders to execute client strategies and drive best practice. Strategic Contribution: Assist with large deal creation, client segmentation, and initiatives to increase revenue and cross-service opportunities.
