About the Role As the Chef Manager, you will oversee all kitchen operations, leading a small team consisting of a Weekend Chef and Catering Attendants. You will ensure high standards of meal preparation, food safety, and kitchen efficiency, while creating a warm and positive dining experience for residents. Roster: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm Employment Type: Casual to Permanent Hourly Rate: From $44.00 per hour 40-bed facility where all meals are cooked fresh on site daily.
