Assistant Development Manager (ADM) – with Contracts Administration Experience Location: Brisbane with WFH Flex Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 Super Type: Full-time | Permanent | WFH Flexibility Start: Pre-Christmas or Jan/Feb About the Role An opportunity has become available for a motivated Assistant Development Manager with strong contractual and project administration capability. You’ll support end-to-end delivery across residential development, assisting in feasibility, approvals, design, construction, and settlement phases. This role blends analytical work with hands-on project and contract coordination. Key Responsibilities • Support feasibility analysis, due diligence and financial modelling • Assist with consultant coordination, approvals, and documentation control • Liaise with builders, legal teams, and external stakeholders • Review and process contracts, variations, and claims • Monitor budgets, cashflow and project reporting • Maintain development schedules and track milestones • Provide support to the Development Manager across all deliverables Ideal Candidate • 3–5 years’ experience in property development or construction as an Assistant Development Manager with CA background or a CA experience overseeing commercial, residential or retail projects • Strong contracts admin, documentation, and financial control background • Degree in Property, Construction or related discipline • Proficiency in Excel, MS Project; Estate Master desirable • Excellent communication, accuracy and commercial judgment If you’re ready to work on at a property development and consultancy group, apply now and join a team driving excellence in every project.
