About the Role PPS is currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our high performing team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will provide engineering support to site operations, assist in planning and execution of project work, and work alongside senior engineers to develop your skills and contribute to project success. Key responsibilities Develop detailed project plans and schedules that outlines objectives, scope, timelines, budgets and milestones Manage budgets, estimates, expenses and forecasting Assist in bidding and tenders Define projects scope, deliverables and objective criteria Act as primary liaison between clients, vendors contractors and internal teams Provides guidance and mentorship to team members Follows all HSEQ requirements Reporting, quoting, allocating and supporting the project team as needed About You Tertiary qualification in Engineering Experience in civil construction and/or SMP environments Knowledge of pumps, pipework, hydro testing, and civil earthworks (desirable) Experience contributing to site-based project delivery Familiarity with project planning and document control (CMS, SMP, QMP, HSEMP) Exposure to QA/QC processes and managing technical queries Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and project scheduling tools Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills What we offer Flexible start and finish times Flexibility for appointments and personal commitments Occasional work from home as needed Discounted Qantas Club membership Novated leasing and salary sacrificing through Paywise Travel offers and special rates through our partner Corporate Traveller Corporate discount on Medibank health insurance Discount at Harvey Norman (Midland) Regular staff social events and activities Flexibility at PPS We offer flexibility that supports work–life balance while still meeting the needs of a fast-paced operational environment.
