Join Strategic Communications Branch as a Senior Marketing Officer where you will lead the development and delivery of evidence-based social marketing campaigns to achieve positive behaviour change. Help the Marketing team deliver an exciting calendar of re-run and new campaigns, with topics like workforce recruitment, vaping cessation and flu immunisation. Your key responsibilities: As part of the marketing team, you will develop and deliver innovative social marketing strategies that enhance health outcomes for Queenslanders and the health system. Ensure consumer insight and behaviour change communications principles are kept at the forefront of campaign design and ensure value for money in all social marketing behaviour change campaigns. Manage external suppliers in the delivery of consumer testing, campaign development and campaign delivery, ensuring appropriate return on investment for Queensland Health. Role fit The essential requirements for this role are: Demonstrated experience in delivering significant or complex social marketing campaigns within agreed budgets and timeframes, ensuring all output is aligned to strategic priorities. High level communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work in partnership and build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated understanding of behaviour change theory and demonstrated successful application in a social marketing context. Why work with us?
