Our client , a leading organisation delivering essential water and civil infrastructure across Melbourne’s eastern region, is seeking an experienced Senior Safety Advisor to support a series of capital works projects. This role forms part of a long-term program responsible for upgrading critical treatment facilities, pipelines, and associated civil assets that serve communities across metropolitan and regional Victoria. About the Role You will play a key role in maintaining safe project environments across multiple active sites. Working closely with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders, you will ensure compliance with safety requirements, support investigations, guide best practice, and promote a strong safety culture across all project teams. This position suits a proactive safety professional who has experience in high-risk construction or utilities environments and thrives in a role that blends field engagement, advisory responsibilities, and documentation.
