Prepare and process contracts and Form 6 agreements. Create and manage sales files, agreements, and settlement documentation. Communicate with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to keep transactions on track. Maintain office operations, including supplies and a welcoming environment. Manage databases and prepare polished presentation materials. Provide proactive administrative support to agents and management. WHAT YOU WILL HAVE: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident, reliable, and driven with a positive, can-do attitude. Previous administration experience is essential. Must hold or be willing to obtain a Certificate of QLD REAL ESTATE Registration.
