Competitive salary and benefits Salary between $3481.60 - $3835.70 per fortnight (AO4). 4 to 6 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 14-17.5% loading. About your opportunity As Executive Coordinator, you will manage and coordinate the daily functioning of the Office of the Health Service Chief Executive. This role provides confidential executive and secretarial support, diary management, high-level correspondence, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the smooth operation of executive services. Requirements Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive support in a complex environment. High desirable: Previous experience in a similar role supporting a busy Executive. Advanced organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems.
