What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Drive quality outcomes in vocational education and training (VET) programs. Oversee programming and planning, including training strategies and timetables. Champion innovation in teaching methodologies and digital learning environments. Manage people processes, performance development, and compliance with standards. Act as a conduit for technical advice and support cultural transformation. About You You're an experienced educator with strong leadership capability and a passion for shaping the future of Electrotechnology training. You thrive in dynamic environments, embrace change, and inspire others to achieve excellence.You can demonstrate the following Key Capabilities: Demonstrate ability to lead vocational educational delivery, including the capacity to plan and deliver education and training courses.
