About the Role As a Lead Educator, you will have the exciting responsibility of designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences for children in alignment with the EYLF and our Centre’s Philosophy. Your role will be to nurture curious, confident, and lifelong learners, inspiring them to explore, discover, and grow. Working Hours Our centre operates from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. We are ideally seeking a candidate who can work four to five days a week. However, we are also open to job-sharing arrangements for the right candidates, providing flexibility to balance your professional commitments and personal well-being. What We're Looking For: Qualifications: A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and National Police Certificate First Aid Certificate, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Management Skills & Experience: A true passion for early childhood education and a desire to inspire young minds Ability to create and implement an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with children, families, and your team A natural leader who enjoys mentoring others and contributing to a collaborative and positive workplace culture Reliable, flexible, and committed to fostering a nurturing learning environment Why Join Us?
