About The Role This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise and commercial insight to shape smarter customer decisions. You’ll design and refine advanced models that optimise decision-making across our operations and frontline systems. Your work will include building and supporting a detailed, bottom-up model of monthly gross margin per account—leveraging high-resolution consumption and generation data to calculate individualised wholesale prices and solar avoided costs. These insights will help us accurately assess segment and campaign profitability, driving better outcomes for customers and the business. Design and manage qualitative and quantitative research projects including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and usability testing Develop research methodologies that balance rigor with business timelines and constraints Manage relationships with external research agencies and vendors Support delivery of Voice of Customer programs including NPS tracking and customer feedback analysis Synthesize customer feedback across multiple touchpoints to identify themes and trends Drive engagement of the VoC program throughout the business and working with stakeholders to ensure actions are being taken Analyse research data from multiple sources to extract meaningful patterns and actionable insights Translate complex research findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders Create presentations and reports that effectively communicate insights and recommendations Partner with Product, Marketing, and Digital teams to understand research needs and consult on approaches How Can You Support The Clean Energy Transition Min 3-5 years of experience in market research, customer research, or insights roles with demonstrated ability to design and deliver research projects end-to-end Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including survey design, sampling approaches, and analytical techniques Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate findings into actionable recommendations Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories with data to both technical and non-technical audiences Proficiency with research tools and platforms (survey tools such as Forsta; analysis software) Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time\ If you share our passion for a clean energy future for all and want to join us Doing.
